How do offline maps work?
Download a region in the app and TrailSpark stores the map, elevation and trail data on your device — you can view the map, generate routes and navigate without a connection.
Why is my GPS track jagged or off the trail?
Phone GPS is usually accurate to about 3–10 meters in open terrain and less accurate in forests, canyons and cities. TrailSpark smooths recordings, but it can't fully correct what the sensor reports.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings → Delete account in the app or on the website. This permanently removes your profile and personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. If you can no longer sign in, email us from the address on your account.
